Home Inspection

Structural: Any visible foundations will be inspected. Basements are inspected for water intrusion, cracks in foundation, or signs of previous water damage.

Safety: Fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, guard rails.

Electrical: Circuit breakers, outlets, fixtures, fans, and ensuring everything is up to code.

Interior Plumbing: Faucets and pipes checked to ensure working properly and no leaks. Toilets, tubs, showers, and water temperature are also inspected.

Roof: Condition of the roof, chimney, gutters, and any visible previous repairs are noted.

Appliances: Washer, dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerators, and any other appliances staying with the home are examined.
